Self-Host OpenSEO On Your Own Server
Keyword Research And Rank Tracking, Pay As You Go
Keyword research, rank tracking, competitor insights and site audits without a monthly SEO-suite subscription — you pay DataForSEO only for the data you pull. Your projects and reports stay on your own server.
What ZipLoom Does When You Launch It
The Publisher's Own Image
ZipLoom runs Every App (OpenSEO project)'s official image (ghcr.io/every-app/open-seo:v0.1.1) on a server you rent from Vultr, DigitalOcean, Contabo or Amazon Lightsail. Nothing is rebuilt or repackaged on the way.
Your Admin Sign-In, Ready
The first admin password is generated for you; you reveal it in the Secrets Vault (Guild plan and up).
A Login In Front Of It
This app has no sign-in of its own, so ZipLoom puts a username and password in front of it before any request reaches the app.
Your Data Stays On Your Server
Its data folders live on your server and are kept across every redeploy and update.
Its Address Set For You
The app is told its own public address at every deploy, on your custom domain with https or on the server's IP.
An Image Vulnerability Scan
At every deploy the image is scanned on your server for known vulnerabilities and the counts are shown in the deploy log. The scan reports; it does not block the deploy.

Good To Know Before You Launch
- The browser asks for a username and password before OpenSEO opens: the username is admin and the password is in this project's Secrets Vault.
- Add a custom domain: without one the app is served over plain http, so the sign-in travels unencrypted. With a domain, plain http only redirects to https.
- Every keyword, ranking and audit request is billed to your DataForSEO account.
